I am Being Watched 24/7 and So Are You.

The above title is hyperbole, though in reality it is partly true. To be anonymous in the
post-PATRIOT Act United States is next to impossible. Exacerbated by the deregulation that has
recently been signed by executive order of AI,soon Big Tech AI will continue to scan our email
and apply dynamic pricing models to airline, movie and concert tickets. Every door has a Ring
doorbell that records non-stop, the applications on our phone are no more than a repository
of our digital alter-ego where that information is sold to the highest bidder.

This information is overwhelming and unsettling. Sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy
seeing these pseudo-autonomous vehicles that are powered by remote navigators in the
Philippines covered in cameras and recording everyone’s faces. Remembering, storing
and training based on our behavior. I feel like I am going insane. None of us consented to be part of
these training models, yet I feel powerless to do anything about it. I will continue to mull this
all over, though talking about it is hard without sounding like a person losing their mind. It all feels
like a Catch-22.

• The new Clipse album is really good, though I would argue
  that the absence of Chad Hugo leads to some of the production
  sounding a little too sweet? Cheesy? Corny? I don't know.
• Moving to the Bay, I though I was aware of what "faking the funk" was.
  Though, in my interactions with some who call themselves Leftists or Radicals and dress the part,
  Their empathy and Radical thought tends to end where their selfishness begins.
